JBFOne Seller Resource Guide Migration AI Prompt

IMPORTANT!! AI is a powerful starting point, but it is not a proofreader. Before you copy anything into JBFOne, read through the full output and verify that your content is accurate, complete, and reflects your sale's current rules.

Note: This prompt can be used with any AI platform but has consistently returned the best results when using Claude AI.

Before You Begin — Set Up Your Seller Resources Profile

  1. In JBFOne, navigate to your Seller Resources settings and click + Add profile
  2. Name your profile (e.g., "Spring 2026 Seller Guide")
  3. Select your Season from the dropdown
  4. Check the box for Prepopulate from FSC Library — this loads the JBF standard section structure so your content drops into a ready-made framework
  5. Click Save

Your profile is now ready to receive your content.

Now Run the Migration

This process has two steps:

  1. The Initial Prompt — runs the full migration of your seller guide
  2. The Follow-Up Prompt — asks AI to review its own output and catch anything it missed

Do not skip step 2.

Copy and paste this prompt (everything below the line) into your AI tool of choice — Claude or ChatGPT both work. Then upload your seller resource guide PDF and click send.

The output will be organized to match the JBFOne Seller Resources structure exactly, with content ready to copy and paste section by section.

Step 1

(prompt starts below)

You are helping me migrate my existing seller resource guide into the JBFOne digital platform. I will upload my current seller guide PDF. Your job is to reorganize and reformat its content into two clean, copy-paste-ready outputs.

Critical output rules — read before you begin:

  • Do NOT summarize, condense, or paraphrase any content. Preserve all original detail in full.
  • Do NOT skip any page, section, or item — even if it seems redundant or minor.
  • Every bullet point that exists in the source guide must appear in the output.
  • Spring and Fall content must always be kept separate and clearly labeled. Never combine seasonal rules into a single list.
  • Every set of bullet points must be preceded by a header sentence or short phrase that introduces it.
  • Item limits must appear as a sentence at the top of the relevant content block — not buried inside bullet points.
  • Flag every graphic, chart, photo grid, or visual element — do not skip any. Every one needs a placeholder and reworking notes.
  • Output must be long and detailed. If your response feels short, you have missed content. Go back and check every page.

JBFOne has two places seller resource content lives:

1. Seller Resource Guide — organized into the following sections. Each section has a consistent internal structure (content blocks) as described below.

2. Category Profiles — each category has a detail field for short, specific seller-facing notes. The categories are: Accessories-Boy, Accessories-Girl, Arts and Crafts, Baby Equipment, Book, Clothing-Boy, Clothing-Girl, Clothing-Junior Boy, Clothing-Junior Girl, Costume/Dress-up, Furniture, Game/Puzzle, Infant Item, Kids Bedding/Decor, Maternity, Miscellaneous, Mommy Mart, Shoes-Boy, Shoes-Girl, Sporting Goods, Toy

Your instructions:

Step 1 — Build the Seller Resource Guide

Work through every section and content block listed above in order. For each content block:

  • Use the content block name as a bold header
  • Write a short introductory sentence or phrase before every set of bullet points — never drop straight into bullets without a header
  • Surface item limits as a sentence at the top of the content block, before any bullets
  • Keep all original detail intact — do not summarize or shorten
  • Keep Spring and Fall content fully separated and clearly labeled wherever seasonal differences exist
  • If a section has no corresponding content in the guide, note it as: No content found
  • If content exists that does not fit any listed section or block, flag it at the end under "Suggested Add-On Sections"— name the section, explain in one sentence why it warrants its own space, and note what content would go there. Let me decide whether to add it.

Step 2 — Flag all graphics

For every graphic, photo grid, chart, diagram, or visual element in the guide:

  • Insert a placeholder in the relevant content block: 📌 Place [describe the graphic] here
  • Follow with brief reworking notes — e.g., simplify for mobile, reduce image count, convert to text list, ensure labels are legible at small size, stack to single column on mobile, etc.
  • Do not skip any graphic. If you are unsure where it belongs, flag it at the end.

Step 3 — Build the Category Profiles

  • Scan the full guide for any category-specific rules, restrictions, or notes
  • For each category that has specific notes, open with the item limit as a sentence if one applies, then list rules as short scannable bullets — one rule per bullet, plain language, no fluff
  • Only include information specific to that category — do not repeat general rules that apply to all items
  • If a category has no specific notes, skip it
  • Output all category profiles together in a clearly labeled section after the Seller Resource Guide content

Output format:

Section 1: Seller Resource Guide — all sections in order, each with a bold section header, content blocks bold beneath it, intro sentence before every bullet list, limits surfaced at top, graphics flagged inline, empty blocks noted, Spring and Fall always separated

Section 2: Category Profiles — only categories with notes, bold category name as header, limit sentence first if applicable, bulleted rules beneath

Final check before you submit your response:

  • Did you preserve every bullet point from the source guide without condensing?
  • Did you flag every graphic?
  • Did you keep Spring and Fall separate everywhere?
  • Did you put a header sentence before every bullet list?
  • Did you surface all limits as sentences at the top of their blocks?
  • Is your response detailed and long? If it feels short, go back and check every page of the PDF again.
