Moving Tags
Move Tags reassigns every one of a consignor's unsold tags to a different consignor in a single action. It's an all-or-nothing move — there's no picking individual tags, so it's built for correcting a whole batch, not a few items.
What you'll complete:
- Select the consignor whose unsold tags need to move
- Search for and select the destination consignor
- Move all of that consignor's unsold tags in one action
Moving Tags
Why this matters: Move Tags fixes situations where a whole batch of unsold tags ended up under the wrong consignor — no manual re-tagging required.
Where to find it: Manage → Consignors → Tags → Move Tags
Steps:
- Go to Manage → Consignors.
- Check the box next to the consignor whose unsold tags you need to move.
- Click Tags to open the dropdown.
- Select Move Tags.
- Search for the destination consignor by consignor #, name, or email, and select them from the results.
- Click Move to confirm. ✓
Pro Tip Move Tags moves all of the selected consignor's unsold tags — there's no way to move just some of them. Double-check the destination consignor before clicking Move, since this can't be undone from this screen.
You've Moved the Tags
Every unsold tag from the original consignor is now under the destination consignor's number.
