JBFOne Owner Resource Center
August 21, 2026 Release Notes

This release includes the following feature refinements and bug fixes:

  • Check In with Tags - you can now check in consignors using an item tag. We still want consignors to learn about their account QR code but scanning tags to check in is available now and is easier for valet check in's.
  • Check In Display Optimized - for the scanned user, the selected tab activity is displayed at the top. So if you are scanning for Drop Offs, the Drop Off will be at the top. If you are on the Shifts tab scanning for Shift clock in, the Shifts (and the + Add Shift option) are displayed at the top.
  • Consignor List Advanced Filter — filter your consignor list based on assigned tickets, shifts, credits, tag counts, donate status, and more. You can choose Consignor Groups to include or exclude from the view.

  • Batch Assign Ticket with Quantity -  batch assigning tickets now provides options for setting the quantity assigned.

  • Batch Tag Printing from Inventory — from the Inventory menu and from global tag search, select multiple tags to print at one time.  Individual tag printing is still available on the right hand panel.
  • Hide Tickets Until Drop Off Check In - for those used to handing out tickets at drop off, you can hide the tickets you've pre-assigned them until they check in for Drop Off. Go to Event Setup > Tickets > Settings to enable this setting.
  • Group Syncing Issue Resolved — the issue impacting syncing of certain groups with Constant Contact and Text Request has been resolved. The Sync button is always enabled now as a backup option.
