POS Download: Consignors & Inventory

How to Download Consignors, Team Members, and Tags for POS

Where to find it: Left nav → POS

Consignors

• In the left nav, click POS.
• You will see two download links for your consignor file. Download the tab-delimited file for POS import — it is already formatted correctly and ready to upload directly. No need to open, reformat, or resave.
• The Excel file is available if you want to view or edit your consignor list separately. ✓

Pro Tip: Skipping the open-and-resave step isn't just a time saver — it significantly reduces the risk of data corruption before your file hits POS.

Tags / Unsold Inventory

• In the left nav, click POS.
• Click the Unsold Inventory link and download the file. It is already in the correct format to upload directly into POS. ✓

Team Members

If you have already opened team member shifts in FranConnect, those shifts will continue to be collected there through the end of your current sale. Download your team member shift file from FranConnect as you always have. ✓
