Your Locations Library

The Library is your media hub — images, videos, and documents stored in one place and available anywhere in JBFOne that accepts content. This article covers how to set it up and keep it organized.

What you'll complete in this article:

  • Create folders to organize your Library
  • Upload images and documents
  • Add video links
  • Understand the FSC Library and how it relates to yours

What the Library Is — and Who It Belongs To

Why this matters: Your Library belongs to your territory, not your individual account. Any team members or co-owners with backend access share the same Library. Content uploaded here is available anywhere in JBFOne that accepts an image, link, or document — Seller Resources, email templates, your local website, and more.

There are two libraries in JBFOne:

  • Your Locations Library — content you upload and manage. Fully editable.
  • The FSC Library — content provided by the JBF corporate team. Available to use, but locked. Only the FSC can add or edit FSC Library content.

Set Up Your Folders

Why this matters: Folders keep your Library navigable. Without them, everything lands in one pile. Organize by category or use — Clothing, Drop-Off, Toys, Email Graphics — whatever matches how you work.

Where to find it: Manage → Library → Folders → + Add Folder

Steps:

  • Click + Add Folder. Enter a Folder name. The Slug will auto-populate — leave it as-is. Set status to Active and click Save.
  • Repeat for each folder you need. Your folder list will appear in the left panel of the Gallery view.

Pro Tip: A slug is just the behind-the-scenes name the system uses to identify your folder in file paths. It generates automatically from your folder name — no action needed.

Upload Images

Why this matters: Images uploaded to your Library are available to insert into any content area in JBFOne — including your Seller Resources guide sections, email templates, and your local website.

Where to find it: Manage → Library → Gallery → select a folder → Upload Image

Steps:

  • Select the folder where the image belongs. Click Upload Image.
  • In the upload dialog, click Click to choose images and select your files. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, or WebP. Maximum 8 MB per image, 20 images per batch.
  • Click Upload. Images appear in the folder immediately and are ready to use.

Add Video Links and Documents

Why this matters: JBFOne does not host video files directly — videos are added as links (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) and stored in your Library for use in Seller Resources and other content areas. Documents like PDFs and guides can be uploaded and linked the same way.

Where to find it: Manage → Library → Gallery → select a folder → Links tab or Documents tab

Steps — to add a video link:

  • Select your folder and click the Links tab. Click Add Link. Paste the video URL, add a title, and save.

Steps — to upload a document:

  • Select your folder and click the Documents tab. Click Upload Document. Select your file (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or other). Click Upload.

Using Library Content

Why this matters: Once content is in your Library, it is available wherever JBFOne lets you add an image, link, or document. You do not need to re-upload — find it in your Library and insert it.

Anywhere in JBFOne that accepts content — Seller Resources sections, email templates, local website pages — you will find an option to pull from your Library. Select the folder, select the asset, and insert.

Note: Some areas have restrictions on what content can be used. For example, website hero images are limited to FSC-approved images, and badges use FSC-provided graphics only. These restrictions are noted in the relevant setup sections.

Library ready. Now put it to use.

Before moving on, confirm the following:

  • Folders are created and named clearly
  • Images are uploaded to the correct folders
  • Video links are saved in the appropriate folders
  • Any documents consignors will need are uploaded and accessible

With your Library in place, return to your Seller Resources profile to insert images and videos into your guide sections. [LINK TO SELLER RESOURCES ARTICLE]
