Your JBFOne Website: Go Live Now

Your new JBFOne website is already waiting for you — it just needs a few things turned on. You don't have to have everything finished. You don't have to have dates locked in. You can go live today with the minimum in place and layer in the rest as you go. This article walks you through exactly that.

Pick your path below, then work through each step in order.

Which path are you on?

  • Path 1: I have dates (or pre-registration is open)
  • Path 2: I don't have dates yet

What you'll complete:

  • Step 1 — Set up your TicketSpice page
  • Step 2 — Build your Local Website in JBFOne
  • Step 3 — Set up your Landing Page
  • Step 4 — Publish and confirm

Step 1 — Set Up Your TicketSpice Page

Already have a TicketSpice page for this sale? Skip to Step 2.

Your TicketSpice page is what the Shop With Us button on your website links to. Even if tickets aren't open yet, you'll want a page in place so shoppers land somewhere when they click.

Copy Your Existing Page

TicketSpicePagesView All Pages

  1. From the top menu bar, go to PagesView All Pages.
  2. Locate the page you want to copy and click Copy Page.
  3. Enter the new page name, event start date/time, currency, and estimated number of attendees.
  4. Click Copy & Create Page.

Add Your New Header Graphic

There are 80+ header graphic variations available in the JBF Canva Brand Template. Open the template, select the variation that fits your sale, and customize the location name and dates. If you don't have dates yet, use the location/date space to say "Details Coming Soon."

Set Your Ticket Opening Date (if tickets aren't open yet)

TicketSpiceYour PageSettingsDatesRegistration Open Date

If you're not ready to open registration, set a future opening date. TicketSpice will display a countdown on your page so shoppers know when to come back.

  1. In your page, go to SettingsDates.
  2. Set a Registration Open Date. This date can be adjusted at any time.
  3. Save. Your page will display a countdown until that date opens. ✓

Pro Tip  The countdown gives your page something to show shoppers before tickets are available — and it creates urgency. You can push the date out as many times as you need while you finalize details.

Step 2 — Build Your Local Website

Your Local Website in JBFOne is your public-facing page at jbfsale.com/[yourlocation]. This is where shoppers see your event details, and the starting point when sellers find your sale. Each section saves independently — work through them in order.

Event Info

ManageLocal WebsiteEvent Info

  1. Navigate to Local Website in the left nav, then click Event Info.
  2. Set the Seller Earn Percentage and add your Shop sale link (your TicketSpice page URL). Both are required.
  3. Enter your event date, venue, and address if you have them. If dates aren't confirmed yet, enter "Details Coming Soon" in the date field and leave venue and address blank.
  4. Save draft. ✓

Pro Tip  If you have an active event and pre-registration is open, you can also select it from the Current public-site event dropdown. This connects your event to the website. You'll do this in Step 3 — skip it for now if you're not ready.

Hero Panel

ManageLocal WebsiteHero Panel

  1. Click Hero Panel in the left section nav.
  2. Click + Add Another Image. Your first image must come from the FSC Library.
  3. Save draft. ✓

You only need to have 1 active hero image from the FSC library to publish your website.

Pro Tip  Pre-size images to 16×9 and keep each file under 1 MB before uploading. Additional images beyond the first can be from your own sale photography.

About

ManageLocal WebsiteAbout

  1. Click About in the section nav.
  2. Upload your owner headshot, add your bio, and enter your year established.
  3. Complete the Valet Program field — enter your valet information OR check want it gone to remove that section from your public site.
  4. Set the Vendor/Sponsor checkbox — include or exclude based on your sale.
  5. Save draft. ✓

Social

ManageLocal WebsiteSocial

  1. Click Social in the section nav.
  2. Add your Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok social links.
  3. Save draft. ✓

Pro Tip  Badges, Charity Partners, FAQs, Photo Gallery, and Testimonials can all be added after you go live. They're P2 and P3 priority — get live first, polish later. For the full website build, see

For full website configuration, see 6. Website Set Up.

Step 3 — Set Up Your Landing Page

Your Landing Page controls what consignors see when they click Sell With Us on your website. What you need to set up depends on where you are in your sale cycle.

  • No dates yet or between sales: Make sure your No Active Event landing page is updated with your own content — not the default placeholder. This is your always-on fallback.
  • Active event with pre-reg or full registration open: Build your event-specific landing page inside Event SetupEvent InfoLanding Page tab. Card 1 generates automatically from your event details. Cards 2–4 and FAQs are optional but recommended.
  • Two active sales running simultaneously: Create a Multi-Event version in Event SetupLanding Page+ Add version so both sales show side by side.

For full step-by-step instructions, see Building Your Landing Page

Step 4 — Publish and Confirm

Before the tech team can make your new URL live, your site needs to be published.

  • Active event with pre-reg or full registration open: Confirm your event is published in Event Setup → Event Info
  • No dates yet or between sales: Confirm your No Event Landing Page is published in Event Setup → Landing Page.

Publish Your Website

ManageLocal WebsiteAny Section

  1. Click Save draft.
  2. Publish to your preview site first and confirm everything looks correct.
  3. Publish to the public site. ✓

Confirm Your Buttons

Once published, preview your public site and verify these two buttons are working:

  • Shop With Us → should go to your TicketSpice page URL
  • Sell With Us → should go to your Landing Page

Pro Tip  If a button goes somewhere unexpected, check your Shop sale link in Event Info (Step 2) and your event selection in the Landing Page (Step 3).

Submit the Go-Live Form

When your site is published and buttons are confirmed, fill out the go-live form. The tech team will activate your new URL (jbfsale.com/[yourlocation]) and disable your old Zoho site. Your old URL ([yourlocation].jbfsale.com) will automatically redirect to the new one — your shoppers and consignors won't miss a beat.

Go-Live Form: Submit here

Your new JBFOne website is live. The rest can follow.
