Go Live

Before your event goes live, you’ll do a final review of the checklist and walk through the status stages from Draft to Active.

What you’ll complete in this article:

  • Checklist Review
  • Status & Launch

Checklist Review

Why this matters: A quick checklist review before launch catches anything incomplete. All sections must be marked Done for the event to go live.

Where to find it: Click your event → Event Checklist (left sidebar) → review each section

Steps:

  • Open your event checklist and review which sections are marked done and which are still open.
  • Spot-check Event Info, Schedule, Fees, Tickets, and Payout Rates to confirm they are complete and consistent.
  • Complete any sections still open. ✓

Status & Launch

Why this matters: JBFOne uses status stages — Draft, Preview, and Active — to control what sellers can see. Walking through each stage helps you understand what goes live and when.

Where to find it: Event Checklist → Event Info → Status dropdown → Preview → Active → Save Changes

Steps:

  • Change the event status from Draft to Preview. Explore what Preview mode shows — note what is visible vs. hidden.
  • Change the status to Active.
  • Confirm the event is live and accessible. ✓

Your sale is live. You did it.

Your event is fully built, your team is scheduled, and your consignors can register. Welcome to Building Your Sale — complete.
