Your Consignor Experience

This article covers everything your consignors encounter when they register for your sale — fees, tickets, coupons, and tagging information.

What you’ll complete in this article:

  • Fees
  • Tickets
  • Coupons
  • Tagging

Fees

Why this matters: Fees let you charge consignors a registration fee. You control the type, amount, when it’s collected, and which seller profile it applies to. You may have multiple fee types. (e.g. Early Bird, Regular, Team Member, etc.)

Where to find it: Event Checklist → Fees → + Add Fee → Type / Collect Payment / Profile / Valid dates → Save Fee → Mark Done

Steps:

  • Navigate to Fees inside your Event Checklist and click + Add Fee.
  • Set the fee type (Fixed or Percent), when the fee is collected, and which seller profile it applies to. Set the valid date range.
  • Save and mark Fees done. ✓

Tickets

Why this matters: Tickets control seller access to your sale. You’ll create early access passes for consignors and team members. Currently, shopping tickets are not supported in JBFOne.

Where to find it: Event Checklist → Tickets → + Add Ticket → Type / Date / Start Time / Profile → Mark Done

Steps:

  • Navigate to Tickets inside your Event Checklist to create early access tickets for sellers/consignors.
  • Add a consignor early access ticket. Add a Team Member ticket if applicable. Set the date, start time, and seller profile for each ticket.
  • Mark Tickets done. ✓

Coupons

Why this matters: Coupons let you offer registration discounts — useful for early bird pricing or loyalty promotions.

Where to find it: Event Checklist → Coupons → + Add Coupon → Code / Discount Type / Status → Mark Done

Steps:

  • Navigate to Coupons inside your Event Checklist. Click + Add Coupon.
  • Enter a coupon code, set the discount type (Fixed or Percentage), and set the status.
  • Mark Coupons done. ✓

Tagging

Why this matters: The Tagging section is what sellers see when they prepare their items. Good tagging info means fewer questions and better-prepared consignors.

Where to find it: Event Checklist → Tagging → Tagging Information / Accepted Items / Resources → Save → Mark Done

Steps:

  • Navigate to Tagging inside your Event Checklist. Add content to the Tagging Information overview area.
  • Add content to the Accepted Items section (left column at minimum). Add a seller guide URL or video URL in the Resources section.
  • Save and mark Tagging done. ✓

Your consignors are ready to register.

Fees, Tickets, Coupons, and Tagging are done. Head to Team Setup & Seller Payouts to set up team member participation and payout rates.
